AWEIL Recruitment 2026: Pay
Contractual employees receive a consolidated monthly salary comprising Basic Pay at CPC Level-1 and Dearness Allowance as per Government rules. Remuneration is calculated at 1/30th of (Basic Pay + DA) per working day for 8-hour shifts. An annual increment of 3% on Basic Pay is admissible, subject to satisfactory performance appraisal.
