Punjab PTI Syllabus 2026 - Download Written Exam and Punjabi Test PDF

The Education Recruitment Directorate (ERD), Punjab has released the official syllabus for the Physical Training Instructor (PTI) Primary Cadre Written Examination 2026 and the Punjabi Language Qualifying Test for 2000 PTI posts under the School Education Department, Punjab. Both syllabus PDFs are available for download from the official ERD portal. The written examination carries 70 marks and the Punjabi Language test is qualifying in nature with a minimum passing requirement of 50%. Candidates who have applied or are planning to apply before the last date of 31 August 2026 must download and study both syllabuses carefully, as both stages must be cleared before the merit list is prepared.

Important: The Punjab PTI selection process has three stages – Punjabi Language Qualifying Test (minimum 50% required), Physical Eligibility Test (qualifying, 3 of 5 components must be cleared), and the Written Examination (70 marks). Failure at any stage disqualifies the candidate from the next stage. The final merit list is prepared out of 100 marks – 70 from the Written Exam and up to 30 from Sports Gradation (Grade A=30, Grade B=25, Grade C=10, Grade D=5). Study both syllabuses alongside your sports gradation certificate preparation.
