Selection Process
Stage 1 – Written Examination (MPESB): A Computer Based Test of 100 objective MCQs and 100 marks, 2 hours’ duration, in Hindi/English, with +1 mark per correct answer and no negative marking. The syllabus covers General Knowledge & Reasoning (40 marks), Intellectual Ability & Mental Aptitude (30 marks), and Science & Simple Arithmetic (30 marks), at a Class 8 difficulty level.
