- Post 01: M.E./M.Tech in Semiconductor Technology or related field
- Post 02: M.E./M.Tech in Electronics & Communication/VLSI or related field
- Post 03: B.E./B.Tech in Engineering Physics, or M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc in Physics/Photonics
