Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess an MBBS degree from a recognized institution along with a Postgraduate Degree, Diploma or DNB in the relevant specialty. Candidates must hold a valid Delhi Medical Council registration. Candidates who have already completed three years of Senior Residency in any recognized institution are not eligible to apply. Non-PG candidates with two years of relevant experience may apply for shortage specialties, including Radiology, Anaesthesia and Forensic Medicine.
Age Limit (As on Interview Date)
Candidates belonging to the General category must not exceed 45 years of age. OBC candidates are eligible for a relaxation of 3 years, taking the limit to 48 years. SC/ST candidates are eligible for a relaxation of 5 years, taking the limit to 50 years. Persons with Disabilities are eligible for an additional 5 years of relaxation over the applicable category limit.
