Posting and Placement of Interns

Selected interns will be posted in the 5 District Cooperative Banks based on the districts chosen by them in their application, so that the benefit of their understanding of the local area can be utilised. If the performance of the intern is not found satisfactory, or if the intern remains absent without the permission of the bank, the internship can be terminated at any time and no financial benefit will be given to the intern. Without adversely affecting the above provisions, the bank may discontinue the services of an intern at any time without assigning any reason.

The intern will have to maintain the confidentiality of all records, reports, and any information received during the period of the internship, and any violation of this will have legal consequences. The intern will not disclose any such information related to the bank, its business plans, and policies before any person or organisation which is not available in the public domain. The intern will have to follow the rules and regulations of the concerned Uttar Pradesh State Cooperative Bank and District Cooperative Bank.

The intern will not interact with or represent the bank before any media, whether print or electronic, including social media such as Facebook or Twitter handles, and will not post their work on social media without the permission of the competent authority. The intern will behave professionally with the bank and with the general public.
