Eligibility Criteria
Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens, subjects of Nepal/Bhutan, or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) from specified countries holding an eligibility certificate.
Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 27 years of age as on 1st August 2026 (born not before 2 August 1999 and not after 1 August 2008).
Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PwBD (General), 13 years for PwBD (OBC), 15 years for PwBD (SC/ST), and 3 years post-military-service deduction for Ex-Servicemen. Central Government employees with 3+ years of service can apply up to 40 years of age.

Selection Process
Tier-I (Computer-Based Examination): Consists of four sections, English Language (Basic Knowledge), General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude (Basic Arithmetic Skill), and General Awareness, each carrying 25 questions for 50 marks, totaling 100 questions and 200 marks, within 60 minutes. Negative marking of 0.50 marks applies per incorrect response.
Tier-II (Computer-Based Examination): Conducted the same day in two sessions across four sections. Section-I covers Mathematical Abilities and Reasoning & General Intelligence; Section-II covers English Language & Comprehension and General Awareness; Section-III is a qualifying-only Computer Knowledge Test that does not count toward final selection; Section-IV is a mandatory Skill Test/Typing Test (Typing Test for DEO posts, Skill Test for LDC/JSA posts).
