Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a First Class M.Pharm/M.S. (Pharm.)/M.Tech (Pharm)/M.Tech in Medicinal or Pharmaceutical Chemistry from a recognized institution, or a Second Class qualification in the same disciplines along with one year of industrial or research experience. The age limit is a maximum of 32 years, with age relaxation applicable for SC/ST, physically handicapped, and female candidates as per Government of India norms.
Desirable Qualification
Candidates with GATE, GPAT, or CSIR-UGC-NET qualification are preferred. Prior experience in organic drug synthesis, analytical characterization, computational modeling, generative AI, and Python programming is desirable. Peer-reviewed publications demonstrating scientific writing ability will be an added advantage.
Fellowship
Selected candidates will receive a monthly fellowship of Rs. 42,000 plus 20% HRA.
Tenure
The initial appointment will be for 1 year, renewable based on satisfactory performance, within the overall project duration of up to 3 years.
