Eligibility Criteria

For the JRF position, candidates must hold an M.E./M.Tech or equivalent in CSE/IT/AI/ECE/EE or allied branches with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.0 CPI, along with a valid GATE/NET qualification, or a B.E./B.Tech or equivalent in the same disciplines with a minimum of 75% marks or 7.5 CPI along with GATE/NET qualification. For the SRF position, candidates must meet the JRF qualification along with two years of research experience. For the Postdoctoral Fellow position, candidates must hold a PhD in CSE/IT/AI/ECE/EE or allied branches with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.0 CPI, along with GATE/NET or equivalent qualification and at least one SCI journal publication. Age and relaxation criteria will apply as per the guidelines of the funding agency, Government of India, and IIT (ISM) Dhanbad.

Desirable Qualification

For JRF/SRF positions, hands-on experience in deep learning, computer vision, image processing, and familiarity with Git/GitHub along with prior scientific research exposure is desirable. For the Postdoctoral Fellow position, research experience in hybrid quantum-classical learning or quantum image processing, along with publications in reputed journals or conferences, will be preferred.

The selected candidates will contribute to the design, development, and evaluation of a hybrid quantum-classical image analysis framework as part of the sponsored research project.
