Monthly Remuneration
Consolidated remuneration is inclusive of Basic (Rs. 11,392), Dearness Allowance (Rs. 6,608), HRA, Conveyance Allowance and Mobile Allowance.

Remuneration increases by 4% after completion of every year of satisfactory service, subject to KRCL’s requirement and discretion.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th Standard (Matriculation) pass. Candidate must be physically fit for general office duty, housekeeping and maintenance work.
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification work experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in Repair Workshops or Manufacturing Units.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians and artisans (Fitters, Welders, Electricians, Carpenters) in POH/NPOH activities including repair and maintenance of rolling stock, wheel sets, bogies, springs and alternators.
- Material handling within workshop premises – lifting, shifting, loading and unloading of spares, wheels and components; support tool handling, cleaning and arrangement for maintenance activities.
- Maintain shop-floor housekeeping, cleanliness of machines and tools, proper disposal of waste.
- Provide basic office support such as file handling, document movement and upkeep of office areas as assigned by controlling officials.

Selection Process
- Candidates register at the walk-in venue between 09:00 and 12:00 hours on 10 September 2026.
- Depending on the number of candidates, a Group Discussion or elimination round (which may include a written test) may be introduced. Only candidates who clear this stage proceed further.
- Provisionally eligible candidates are interviewed by a KRCL Nominated Committee. Candidates with incomplete or missing documents are not admitted to the interview.
- Final merit list is prepared based on interview performance, qualification and post-qualification experience.

Contract Terms
