NFC Hyderabad Diploma and Graduate Engineering Apprentice Recruitment 2026 for 106 posts

The Nuclear Fuel Complex (NFC), Hyderabad, Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, has released Advertisement No. NFC/R-III/1/08/2026/365 dated 24 August 2026 for engagement of Diploma in Engineering and Graduate in Engineering Apprentices for the year 2026-27 under the Apprentices Act, 1961. A total of 106 tentative vacancies are on offer – 79 for Diploma in Engineering across 8 disciplines and 27 for Graduate in Engineering across 5 disciplines – for one year of apprenticeship training at the Nuclear Fuel Complex, ECIL Post, Hyderabad. Applications are submitted online only through the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal at nats.education.gov.in using Establishment Code STLHDC000003. The last date to apply is 16 September 2026. Note that this is a separate advertisement from the NFC ITI Trade Apprentice notification (Advt. No. NFC/R-III/1/08/2026) released simultaneously – candidates must apply through the respective correct portal for each category.

Important – Read Before You Apply: Three things that will disqualify your application before the walk-in. First, candidates who have already undergone, or are currently undergoing, apprenticeship training anywhere under the Apprentices Act, 1961 are not eligible – prior apprenticeship experience is a disqualifying condition in both NFC advertisements this cycle. Second, candidates with post-graduate qualifications are not eligible – the qualification ceiling for this advertisement is a Diploma or Graduate degree in Engineering; PG holders may not apply. Third, if you are applying as SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), you must declare your category at the time of NATS portal registration itself – declaring it later is not accepted, and a candidate who fails to declare at registration will be treated as General category throughout the process, with no option to revise.
