Who Can Apply?
Candidates must satisfy all the following eligibility conditions:
- Must be a Domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.
- Must possess a valid domicile certificate on or before the closing date.
- Must belong to either:
- Kashmiri Migrant as defined under SRO 412 of 2009, or
- Non-Migrant Kashmiri Pandit as defined under SRO 425 of 2017.
- Educational qualification must be acquired on or before 08 September 2026.

Important Points
