Eligibility Criteria
For both posts – base qualification (any one of the following):
Pass in PUC or 12th standard with Kannada as one language from a recognised Board (Karnataka PUC Board, CBSE, ICSE, or any other state board), or an equivalent course through the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) with Kannada as one language.
For Karavasooligar (Bill Collector) – additional:
A computer training course certificate of at least 3 months duration, recognised by the Central or State Government. A certificate from a private institution is acceptable only if it carries a Government recognition endorsement.
For Clerk-cum-Data Entry Operator – additional:
A computer training course certificate of at least 6 months duration, recognised by the Central or State Government. Same endorsement condition applies to private-institution certificates.
