Punjab Police has released the Constable Admit Card 2026 for the Physical Screening Test (PST) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT) on 7 October 2026. Candidates who qualified in the Computer-Based Test (CBT) can download the hall ticket using their Registration No./Login ID and Password. The physical tests are scheduled from 15 October 2026 to 31 October 2026. The recruitment is for 3,298 Constable posts in the District and Armed Police Cadres under Advt. No. 01 of 2026.
Important Note: Three things to keep in mind. First, your exact test date and reporting time are printed on your own admit card, and dates differ from candidate to candidate across the 15 to 31 October window. Second, the physical stage is qualifying in nature, and Document Verification and Medical Examination follow, so qualifying the PST/PMT does not by itself confirm selection. Third, the race is conducted in one chance only, while candidates get three chances each for the long jump and high jump, so prepare your race pacing carefully.
