The Nuclear Fuel Complex (NFC), Hyderabad, an ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:2018 certified organisation functioning under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, has released Advertisement No. NFC/R-III/1/08/2026 dated 27 August 2026 for engagement of ITI Trade Apprentices for the year 2026-27 under the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961. A total of 432 tentative vacancies are on offer across 16 trades for one year of apprenticeship training at the Nuclear Fuel Complex, ECIL Post, Hyderabad – 500062, Telangana. Applications are accepted online only through the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) portal at apprenticeshipindia.gov.in using the Establishment Name/Code Nuclear Fuel Complex-E11153600013. The last date to apply is 16 September 2026.

Important – Read Before You Apply: Four things that will end your application before the walk-in. First, this apprenticeship does not carry any right to employment at NFC – the notification states explicitly that there is no provision for appointment of the apprentice trainee in NFC after completion of training, and the engagement is purely for one year of structured training under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Second, candidates who have already undergone, or are currently undergoing, apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 in any Government, PSU or private organisation are not eligible – this is a disqualifying condition, not a preference. Third, candidates with post-graduation are not eligible – the qualification ceiling is ITI pass in the respective or related trade with a 10th standard pass. Fourth, begin the Police Verification process immediately after applying – the notification specifically instructs all selected candidates to start obtaining a Police Verification Certificate of their Aadhaar address right away, as it is a mandatory document required on the date of joining.
