How the Ranked List Was Prepared
The merit order is based on the OMR Test (25 February 2026) and the Physical Measurement and Practical Test (July 2026). Each candidate’s total is the sum of test marks, practical marks and weightage (Wtg) where applicable. Weightage figures observed include 1.94, 4.85, 8.00, 8.73, 9.70 and 14.55. Some entries carry remarks such as NCC, SP or EX (abbreviations not explained in the notifications).

Wrong Community Entry
If your community is not correctly noted in the ranked list, inform the District Officer, Kerala PSC District Office (Kasargode – 671121, or Wayanad – 673122) within one month of publication. Failing to do so means you will be advised as per the community entered in the list.
Relinquishing Your Claim
- Submit the prescribed format (available on keralapsc.gov.in) to the District Officer.
- Format must be attested by a Gazetted Officer of State or Central Government.
- A Notarized Affidavit and self-attested copy of a photo ID proof must be attached.
- Requests received within 15 days of publication are honoured against pending requisitions up to finalisation of the list.
- After 15 days, requests are considered only if received on or before the date of receipt of the vacancy on which the candidate is to be advised.
- Requests not in the prescribed format are not honoured.
OMR Script Retention
Parts A and B of OMR scripts are destroyed after 6 months from the date of finalisation of the ranked list.
