Job Description – Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage multiple degree-granting programmes including MBA, Executive MBA, Blended MBA, Doctoral programmes and any new programme introduced by the Institute
- Ensure timely and effective execution of academic schedules, curricular requirements and course offerings
- Efficient overall programme planning and execution covering: Scheduling and Calendar management, Faculty coordination, Resource management, Teaching and Training aids, E-resource management, LMS systems, Attendance management, Evaluation and Grading, Inbound and Outbound training facilities, Convocation and Valedictory functions, Documentation for Accreditation and Ranking, and Feedback management with corrective actions

Responsible for coordinating and managing UG programmes, ensuring effective planning and timely execution of academic schedules, faculty coordination, resources, LMS, attendance, evaluation, budgeting and programme activities. IIM Mumbai Selection Process 2026
- Scrutiny and Screening of Applications: All applications will be scrutinised by a duly constituted Screening Committee.
