Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, a self-financed autonomous institution under the Government of Uttar Pradesh established on the pattern of AIIMS New Delhi, has released Advertisement No. 78-83/Estb.-2/Rectt./Dr.RMLIMS/2026 dated 25 August 2026, inviting online applications for direct recruitment to 74 non-teaching posts under Group B, C and D across six posts – Programmer (2), Medical Physicist (1), Radiation Safety Officer (1), Hospital Attendant Grade-II (32), Stenographer (30) and Receptionist (8). The three Group B posts – Programmer, Medical Physicist and Radiation Safety Officer – carry no reserved vacancies in this cycle; all are Unreserved only. The number of vacancies may increase or decrease. Eligibility Criteria

Programmer (Advt. No. 78)
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or Post Graduation in Computer Applications.

Medical Physicist (Advt. No. 79)
Postgraduate degree in Physics plus PG Diploma in Radiological/Medical Physics plus 12-month internship in a recognised radiation therapy department. OR: Basic science degree with Physics as the main subject plus Postgraduate degree in Radiological/Medical Physics plus 12-month internship in a recognised radiation therapy department.

Radiation Safety Officer (Advt. No. 80)
Postgraduate degree in Physics plus PG Diploma in Radiological/Medical Physics plus 12-month internship plus RSO qualification as per AERB (Atomic Energy Regulatory Board) norms. OR: Basic science degree with Physics as the main subject plus Postgraduate degree in Radiological/Medical Physics plus 12-month internship plus RSO qualification as per AERB norms.

Hospital Attendant Grade-II (Advt. No. 81)
Essential: 10th Standard pass. Desirable: Experience of having worked in a Civil or Military Hospital, Nursing Home, or with a Medical Practitioner.

Stenographer (Advt. No. 82)
Graduate or equivalent from a recognised university with above 55% marks, with speed of 80 words per minute in both Hindi and English stenography, and 40/35 wpm in English and Hindi typing, plus knowledge of computer applications. In the absence of bilingual stenography candidates, English stenography candidates may be considered eligible.

Receptionist (Advt. No. 83)
Essential: Degree from a recognised university plus Post-Graduate Diploma in Journalism or Public Relations. Desirable: Experience in Public Relations, Publications, Printing or Publishing, and exposure to working on a personal computer.

All eligibility conditions must be met as on the last date of submission of the online application. Experience certificates must be on the letterhead of the institute/hospital/agency, must include the letter number, date of issue, and number of beds in the hospital (wherever applicable), and must cover post-qualification experience only.
