The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially declared the results of the Class X Second Board Examination, 2026, via a Press Release dated 18 July 2026. Students can access their results through the DigiLocker Results Portal at results.digilocker.gov.in. This is the first year CBSE has conducted two Board Examinations for Class X, in line with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The Main Board Examination was held from 17 February to 11 March 2026, followed by the Second Board Examination from 15 May to 21 May 2026, giving eligible students an additional opportunity to improve their performance. For regular students, the better of the two performances is considered for the final result. The overall pass percentage, combining both examinations, stands at 96.78%.

About the CBSE Second Board Examination 2026
In line with the recommendations of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, CBSE introduced two Board Examinations for Class X from 2026 for the first time. The Second Board Examination provided eligible students of the Main Board Examination 2026 with an additional opportunity to improve their performance.
