Important Note: Three things every candidate must complete before reaching the mela on their trade’s scheduled date. First, you must register on the Apprenticeship India portal (apprenticeshipindia.gov.in) and select MCGM or BMC as the establishment before you attend the mela – candidates who arrive at Govandi without portal registration will not be processed. This portal registration is a mandatory prerequisite. Second, each trade is assigned to a specific mela day and you must attend on that day only – 9 trades are on 20 August and 9 trades are on 21 August. Third, SSC pass with Marathi as a 100-mark subject and Maharashtra domicile are both mandatory – candidates from other states, or Maharashtra candidates whose SSC did not include Marathi as a 100-mark subject, are not eligible.
