PG Degree (MD/MS/DNB) in the relevant subject/speciality from a recognised institution. MBBS is the base qualification.

- Candidates who have already completed 3 years as Senior Resident in any Government institution.

- Registration with the Karnataka State Medical Council (KMC) or the National Medical Commission (NMC) for both MBBS and PG is required.
