How to Download PFRDA Grade A Phase 1 Admit Card 2026
- Visit pfrda.org.in and open the Careers or Vacancies section, or use the direct download link in the Important Links section below.
- Click the Phase 1 Call Letter link for Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) Recruitment 2026.
- Enter your Registration Number or Roll Number.
- Enter your Password or Date of Birth.
- Click Submit. The call letter appears on screen.
- Check all details carefully.
- Download and print the call letter.
- Paste a recent passport-size photograph (preferably the same one uploaded during registration) on the printout before going to the exam.

Total exam time: 100 minutes. Allow approximately 160 minutes at the venue including login, call letter collection and reading instructions.
Key Rules
- All questions are MCQs with 5 options and 1 correct answer.
- Negative marking: 1/4 mark deducted per wrong answer.
- All papers (except English Language) are bilingual in Hindi and English. Rajbhasha Paper 2 is in Hindi and/or English.
- An answer is evaluated only if you click “Save and Next” or “Mark for Review and Next.”
- You cannot click “Final Submit” until the full test time is used. Answers are saved automatically when time ends.

Documents to Carry to the Exam Centre
- Printed call letter with recent passport-size photograph pasted on it
- Original, currently valid photo ID proof
- Photocopy of the same photo ID
- A ball-point pen and an ink stamp pad
Accepted Photo ID Proofs
PAN Card, Passport, Permanent Driving Licence, Voter’s Card with photograph, Bank Passbook with photograph, Aadhaar/e-Aadhaar, valid college/university ID, Employee ID (original), Bar Council ID with photograph, Photo ID issued on official letterhead by a Gazetted Officer or People’s Representative.
Not accepted: Ration Card, Learner’s Driving Licence.
Name mismatch: Name on call letter must exactly match photo ID. Candidates who have changed their name must bring a Gazette notification, marriage certificate or affidavit.
Exam Day Instructions
- Reach the centre before the reporting time. Late comers are not allowed.
- No calculators, books, mobile phones or electronic devices allowed.
- Follow all instructions from the Test Administrator and PFRDA representative.
- Do not press any keyboard key once the exam starts (can lock the exam).
- After the exam, drop the rough work sheet, call letter and ID photocopy (stapled together) in the designated drop box.
- Unfair means may lead to disqualification and debarment under the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024.
