- Negative marking: -0.25 marks per wrong answer in both papers.

- Complete OTR (One Time Registration) at ojas.gujarat.gov.in if not already registered. OTR is mandatory.
- Log in to the OJAS portal.
- Go to “Online Application” and select GSSSB. Find Advertisement No. 458/2026-27 (Staff Nurse, Class-3) and click Apply.
- Read the “More Details” notification carefully before proceeding.
- Click “Apply Now”, enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth, and click “Apply with OTR” to open the application.
- Fill Personal Details and then Educational Details.
- Accept the declaration and click Save to generate your Application Number.
- Upload your photograph (5 cm x 3.6 cm, white background, dated, within 1 year before last date) and signature (2.5 cm x 7.5 cm), both in JPG format under 15 KB each.
- Click “Confirm Application” after final review. No edits are possible after confirmation.
- Print and save the confirmed application before the last date.
- Pay the exam fee online by 15 October 2026, 11:59 PM and save the receipt.
Important Instructions
- OTR registration is mandatory. Apply only after completing OTR.
- Reserved-category candidates applying against unreserved posts get no reserved-category relaxations.
- Category details cannot be changed after the application is confirmed.
- SEBC non-creamy layer certificate must be obtained between 01.04.2024 and 12.10.2026 (Annexure-4 or GoI format).
- EWS certificate must be obtained between 13.10.2023 and 12.10.2026, or be an Income and Asset Certificate for FY 2025-26.
