Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be citizens of India or subjects of Nepal holding an eligibility certificate, and must hold a Graduate degree from a recognized university along with computer proficiency. For the SPA post, candidates require a minimum shorthand speed of 110 words per minute in English and typewriting speed of 40 words per minute. For the PA post, candidates require a minimum shorthand speed of 100 words per minute in English and typewriting speed of 40 words per minute. The age limit is 18 to 32 years as on 1 January 2026, with relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, and up to 15 years for PwBD candidates depending on category.
