The Andhra Pradesh Power Sector Utilities — APTRANSCO, APEPDCL, APCPDCL, APSPDCL and APGENCO — released the Hall Ticket for the Computer Based Test (CBT) for 630 Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) posts on 14 August 2026 through the Common Recruitment Portal at apvidyutrecruitment.apcfss.in. The CBT is being conducted from 22 August to 29 August 2026 across multiple shifts. As of today (28 August), the exam is in its penultimate day — candidates scheduled for 29 August must download and print their hall ticket immediately. A mock test link is also available in the candidate login portal for last-minute familiarisation with the CBT interface.
Important – Read Before You Go: Three things that can end your candidature. First, if your shift is on 29 August 2026 and you have not yet downloaded your hall ticket, do it right now — the portal at apvidyutrecruitment.apcfss.in is live; the physical printout is mandatory and a digital version on your phone is not accepted. Second, engineering degrees awarded under distance mode through study centres of State Universities outside Andhra Pradesh are explicitly declared not legally valid for this recruitment — if your degree falls in this category, your certificate verification will fail regardless of your CBT score. Third, the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024 applies to this exam — violations including use of unfair means can attract up to 5 years’ imprisonment and a fine of up to Rs. 10 lakh; mobile phones and all electronic devices are strictly prohibited at the centre.
