The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the Final Result with Marks for the Combined Defence Services Examination (II) 2025 on 21 August 2026. The result covers candidates recommended for commission to the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (INA), Air Force Academy (AFA) and Officers Training Academy (OTA) Chennai – both Men and Women. The written examination was held on 14 September 2025 and the written result shortlisting candidates for SSB interview was declared on 9 October 2025. The final result, prepared after combining written examination marks with SSB interview scores, is now available as a downloadable PDF on the official UPSC website. A total of 190 candidates are listed for IMA, 85 for INA, 27 for AFA, 455 for OTA (Men) and 28 for OTA (Women). Joining instructions from the respective academies have not yet been announced.

Important – Read Before You Check: Three things every candidate in this result must know. First, inclusion in this final result list does not guarantee admission – it is subject to document verification and medical standards prescribed by the respective academy. Second, marks of candidates who were not recommended are published separately by UPSC within a specified period after the final result and remain available for a limited time only – download your marks from the UPSC website before that window closes. Third, some candidates appear in more than one academy list since a single written exam feeds all five merit lists – your name in the INA or AFA list does not mean you are excluded from the OTA list.
