Probation period: 2 years from date of joining in Group-B.
Promotion condition: To Group-A (Level-10) after minimum 2 years of service, subject to two consecutive “Very Good” APAR (Annual Performance Assessment Report) grades.
Service bond: Selected candidates must execute a service agreement bond to complete the 2-year probation/training period and thereafter serve KRCL for a minimum of 3 years. If the bond is violated, KRCL will recover the training/probation costs plus 12.5% interest per annum.

Shortlisting from GATE scores:

Minimum qualifying marks:
Candidates must score a minimum of 60% each in Presentation and Personal Interview. Failing to achieve 60% in either stage results in elimination.
Final merit:
