The posts cover Sub Engineer (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and others), Draftsman (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Technical Assistant, Surveyor, Mineral Surveyor, Cartographer, Laboratory Technician, Mechanical Assistant, Mining Servant, Junior Instructor and other equivalent Group-3 positions. The exam covers 13 technical streams with a separate Part B technical paper for each stream.
