CG Vyapam NSSK26 Recruitment 2026 - 153 Posts

The Chhattisgarh Karmachari Chayan Mandal (CGSSB), formerly known as CG Vyapam, has opened online registration for the NSSK26 Written Recruitment Examination for 153 posts of Store Keeper, Vahan Chalak (Driver), Vahan Chalak-cum-Operator, Mechanic and Watch Room Operator under the Nagar Sena, Fire and Emergency Services and State Disaster Response Force (SDRF), Chhattisgarh, vide Exam Instruction No. SSB/Pariksha F-20/2026/3433 dated 11 August 2026. This is the second stage of a two-stage recruitment that began with the original Advertisement No. 712-713/Stha-3/Bharti/2025 dated 12 June 2025 for 295 posts. Only candidates who have already qualified in the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) conducted by the Chhattisgarh Fire and Emergency Services and SDRF department in Stage 1 are eligible to register for this written exam. Fresh candidates who did not apply in 2025 or did not qualify in the PET cannot apply. Online registration is open from 11 August 2026 to 7 September 2026, 5:00 pm on vyapamcg.cgstate.gov.in. The written exam is tentatively scheduled for 22 November 2026 with admit cards from 16 November 2026.

Important Note: Three things every eligible candidate must act on before 7 September 2026. First, this registration window is exclusively for candidates who appeared in and qualified the PET stage in 2025 – if you did not apply through cghgcd.gov.in between July and August 2025 or were not found eligible after the PET, this window is not for you, and registering without PET clearance will result in rejection at document verification. Second, the exam fee for Chhattisgarh local-resident candidates who appear in the written examination will be refunded to the bank account used for payment after the result is declared, as per the Chhattisgarh General Administration Department circular dated 21 April 2025 – this applies only to candidates who actually appear in the exam, not those who register and are absent. Third, the dress code for the exam day is strict and unusual – dark-coloured clothing (black, dark blue, dark green, purple, maroon, dark chocolate) is not permitted; only light-coloured half-sleeved clothes and slippers are allowed; ear jewellery is prohibited; and the main gate closes 30 minutes before the start time (i.e., at 9:30 am for a 10:00 am exam), so reach the centre by 8:00 am for identity verification and frisking. Verify all details from the official notification on vyapamcg.cgstate.gov.in before registering.
