The National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT), under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, has released the result for the Course on Computer Concepts (CCC) June 2026 cycle examination at the official candidate portal student.nielit.gov.in. The CCC June 2026 cycle result has been progressively made available from 27 July 2026 onwards for various roll number series. Candidates who appeared in the June 2026 cycle CCC examination can check their grade and download their CCC certificate (e-certificate) directly from student.nielit.gov.in after logging in. The result is displayed as a grade (not marks) – NIELIT does not publish individual marks in the public result; only the grade is shown. An important structural change: from 01 July 2026, NIELIT has shifted CCC examinations from monthly to quarterly, as per Public Notice No. NHQ-17/12/2023-NIELIT-Part(2)/379 dated 01 July 2026. Going forward, CCC exams are held only in March, June, September, and December each year. The next CCC exam (July-August 2026 registration cycle) is scheduled from 31 August to 04 September 2026, with admit cards available from 22 August 2026.
Important Note: Three things every CCC 2026 candidate must know. First, NIELIT does NOT publish marks in the CCC result – only a grade is shown (S, A, B, C, D for Pass or F for Fail); you will never know your exact marks – only the grade range tells you approximately how you scored (see grade table below); this is NIELIT’s official policy and representations for marks disclosure will not be entertained. Second, CCC is now quarterly, not monthly – as of 01 July 2026, the exam is held only 4 times a year (March, June, September, December); if you failed or missed the June cycle, the next available session is September 2026 (exam 31 August to 04 September 2026, forms closed 31 July 2026); if you missed the September form window too, you must wait for the December 2026 cycle (form last date: 31 October 2026). Third, the result for some roll number series may not yet be available – NIELIT releases results batch-wise for different roll number prefixes; if your result is not yet visible, check back at student.nielit.gov.in in a day or two.

IMPORTANT UPDATE – CCC Exam Now Quarterly from 01 July 2026
As per NIELIT Public Notice No. NHQ-17/12/2023-NIELIT-Part(2)/379 dated 01 July 2026, the CCC (and all DLC examinations – CCC, CCC+/CCCP, ECC, ACC, BCC) have moved from a monthly cycle to a quarterly cycle with immediate effect. This is one of the most significant structural changes to the CCC exam in years.
| Session | Exam Months | Form Last Date |
|---|---|---|
| March Session | From 1st Saturday of March | 31 January |
| June Session | From 1st Saturday of June | 30 April |
| September Session | From 1st Saturday of September | 31 July |
| December Session | From 1st Saturday of December | 31 October |
What this means for candidates:
- The CCC exam now happens only 4 times a year instead of every month.
- If you failed or missed one session, you must wait for the next quarterly session.
- There is no “July result” or “August result” as standalone cycles anymore – results correspond to the quarterly session in which you appeared.
- For the September 2026 session (exam 31 August to 04 September 2026), the form last date was 31 July 2026. If you missed it, the next opportunity is the December 2026 session (form last date: 31 October 2026).

Q3. Why does the CCC result show grade and not marks?
✅ NIELIT’s official policy is to display only the grade, not the exact marks, in CCC results. This applies to all candidates. No representation for marks disclosure will be entertained. Your grade tells you the approximate range – Grade S means 85%+, Grade A means 75-84%, Grade B means 65-74%, Grade C means 55-64%, Grade D means 50-54% (minimum pass), and Grade F means below 50% (fail).
Q4. What is the passing mark/grade for CCC 2026?
✅ The minimum passing grade is Grade D, which corresponds to 50 out of 100 marks (50%). There is no negative marking in CCC – all 100 questions should be attempted. Candidates who score below 50 receive Grade F and are required to re-appear in the next quarterly session.
Q5. How do I download my NIELIT CCC Certificate 2026?

✅ Yes – a major change. From 01 July 2026, NIELIT has shifted CCC (and all DLC exams) from monthly to quarterly as per Public Notice No. NHQ-17/12/2023-NIELIT-Part(2)/379 dated 01 July 2026. CCC exams are now held only 4 times a year – in March, June, September, and December. There are no longer monthly exam cycles.
Q7. When is the next CCC exam after the June 2026 cycle?
✅ The next CCC exam is the July-August registration cycle (September 2026 session), scheduled from 31 August to 04 September 2026, with admit cards expected from 22 August 2026. Q8. I got Grade F in CCC June 2026. When can I re-appear?
✅ You can re-apply for the September 2026 session (exam 31 August to 04 September 2026) – but note that the form last date was 31 July 2026, so this window may already be closed. If you missed it, apply for the December 2026 session – form last date: 31 October 2026. Since CCC is now quarterly, plan your next attempt accordingly.
Q9. Can I request re-totalling of my CCC marks?
✅ Yes. Candidates who wish to request re-totalling of marks for any paper/module can do so within one month of the result announcement, using the prescribed proforma available at nielit.gov.in. The fee is Rs. 200 per paper/module. Check the official NIELIT website for the re-totalling request format and submission process.
Q10. What is the CCC certificate used for?
✅ The CCC (Course on Computer Concepts) certificate from NIELIT is accepted as proof of basic computer literacy for various central and state government recruitment examinations (particularly Group C and D level posts), government schemes, and professional purposes. Many state governments and central government departments mandate a valid CCC certificate as a qualification requirement for entry-level posts.
