How to Raise an Objection Against the Model Answer Key
- Visit delhihighcourt.nic.in and open the link “Apply online for filing objections to the Model Answer Keys in relation to Delhi Higher Judicial Service Preliminary Examination – 2026.”
- Log in using the credentials created at the time of application/admit card download.
- Select the question number(s) you wish to object to, based on your question paper series.
- Choose an answer option other than the one already given in the Model Answer Key.
- Enter a valid justification or reason for each objection – this is mandatory.
- Submit the objection before the deadline of 31 July 2026, 5:00 PM.
- Save or take a printout of the submission acknowledgment for future reference.

- No Objection Certificate from employer (if in government/judicial service)
- Income Tax Return acknowledgments and Assessment Orders for the years specified in the application
- Caste certificate (SC/ST) or Disability Certificate (PwD), where applicable
Important Instructions for Candidates
- The application form must be filled only in English; exam answers are also to be given in English, except where the syllabus specifies otherwise.
- Candidates must carry the downloaded admit card and an original, valid photo ID (Voter ID, Passport, Bar Association ID, Aadhaar, or PAN) to the exam centre. A photo ID shown only on a mobile phone is not accepted.
- Only a blue or black ball point pen may be used to darken the OMR oval; darkening more than one oval or making any change (including with an eraser or whitener) leads to 0.25 negative marks for that question.
- The OMR sheet cannot be carried out of the exam hall after the test.
- Candidates already in government/judicial service, a PSU, or a bank must inform their employer that they have applied, and must submit a No Objection Certificate if selected for Viva-Voce.
- Canvassing or use of unfair means will result in disqualification.
- PwD candidates seeking scribe and/or compensatory time facilities must submit the prescribed certificate and notarised affidavit at least 3 days before the exam date. Eligible candidates get 20 minutes of compensatory time per hour of exam duration.
