Age Limit
All candidates must be between 21 and 45 years of age as on 20 August 2026. There is no upper-age relaxation for any category. Date of birth as entered in the high school certificate or equivalent issued by a recognised School/Board/Council is the only accepted proof.

The merit list is drawn up based on weighted percentage of marks across all 6 categories. In case of a tie, candidates with past experience in child rights are preferred. The Selection Committee recommends 5 candidates per position to the Management for appointment. The panel list is valid for 1 year from the date of finalization.

- Must be an Indian citizen.
- Must be of good character, sound health and free from any organic defect or physical infirmity.
- Must be able to speak, read and write Odia fluently, and must have passed an examination in Odia equivalent to middle school standard.
- Must not have more than one spouse living.
- A No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer is preferred if already in service elsewhere.
