The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB), Bhopal has released the rulebook for MP Police Constable Driver Recruitment 2026 under the Police Headquarters, Home (Police) Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh. A total of 1,000 Constable (Driver) posts are notified – 200 for the Special Armed Force and 800 for the District Police Force. This recruitment is open to MALE CANDIDATES ONLY. Online applications open on 15 October 2026 and close on 29 October 2026. The written examination is tentatively scheduled from 4 January 2027.
Important Note: Three things every candidate must know. First, this recruitment is exclusively for male candidates. Female candidates are not eligible. Second, a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving Licence is mandatory in addition to the educational qualification. Without a valid HMV licence, the candidature will be rejected. Third, candidates who are not permanent residents of Madhya Pradesh can apply only against Unreserved Open vacancies and are NOT eligible for any State reservation or age-relaxation benefits.
