Eligibility Criteria
Dean
- Qualification: Doctoral degree in any branch of Horticulture.
- Experience: 20 years total, of which at least 5 years as Professor or equivalent.
Assistant Professor
- Qualification: Master’s degree in the concerned discipline with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade) and a consistently good academic record.
- NET: Must have passed NET conducted by ICAR, UGC or CSIR. Ph.D. holders qualifying under UGC Regulations (Annexure-I or Annexure-II) are exempted.
- Desirable: Experience in teaching, research or extension education.
Assistant Librarian
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science or equivalent, with at least 55% marks and consistently good academic record. Must have cleared NET / SLET / SET. Knowledge of computerisation required.
- Desirable: Experience in library or documentation work.
