KMRL/Apprenticeship/2026-27/HR-Admin/01). Posts include Graduate Technical (16), Graduate Non-Technical (6), Diploma Technician (28) and ITI Trade Apprentice (20). The application window is open from 15 October to 10 November 2026. Candidates must first register on the NAPS or NATS portal and then send the prescribed bio-data form by post to KMRL’s Kochi office. There is no application fee, written examination or interview.
Important Note
1. This is an offline application — there is no KMRL online form portal. Download the bio-data form from the official notification PDF at kochimetro.org, fill it and send it by post to the KMRL Corporate Office, Kochi. The NAPS/NATS registration must be completed first to obtain the enrolment number required for the form.
2. Candidates who have already completed or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training in any organisation are not eligible. Result-awaited, part-time, correspondence, distance education and online-mode qualification holders are also not eligible.
3. There is no right to claim employment after the one-year training ends. This is an apprenticeship under the Apprentices Act, 1961, not a recruitment to a permanent post.

- Graduate and Diploma candidates: Register on the NATS portal at nats.education.gov.in. Complete and update your profile.
- Note your NAPS/NATS registration or enrolment number.
Step 2 — Submit bio-data form to KMRL (by 10 November 2026):
- Download the official notification and the Apprentice Bio-Data Form from kochimetro.org.
- Fill the form in CAPITAL LETTERS.
- Enter your NAPS/NATS enrolment number, category, discipline and personal details.
- Affix a passport-size photograph.
