Students currently studying in Government, Government-Aided, and Self-Finance colleges across Haryana who are moving into the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of their Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programmes must complete their admission through the Centralized Online Admission Portal at admissions.highereduhry.ac.in. The portal opened on 10 July 2026, and the last date to apply without any late fee is 24 July 2026, with late admission permitted until 07 August 2026. For offline payment, the student submits the fee at the college, and the fee receipt is generated through the admission portal only. If a student pays online, the applicable late fee is automatically deducted from the total admission fee; in offline collection, the college submits the late fee amount to DGHE headquarters separately after admissions close.


Eligibility

  • The student must currently be enrolled in a Govt., Govt.-Aided, or Self-Finance college in Haryana and be eligible for promotion to the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of a UG or PG programme for the 2026-27 session.
  • Detailed academic eligibility (minimum marks, pass criteria, subject combination, etc.) is decided as per the norms of the affiliating university, and Principals are responsible for ensuring compliance.
  • The DGHE notice does not list university-wise eligibility criteria, so students should confirm this with their respective college or affiliating university.

How to Apply for Haryana UG PG Admission 2026-27?

  1. Visit the official Centralized Online Admission Portal at admissions.highereduhry.ac.in.

  4. Complete the Anti-Ragging Undertaking on the portal (linked with antiragging.in) – this is mandatory as per Supreme Court and UGC / AICTE regulations.
  5. Pay the admission fee – online for Govt. colleges, or offline at the college counter for Aided / Self-Finance colleges.
  6. Submit the form before 24 July 2026 to avoid any late fee.
  7. Save / download the confirmation or fee receipt generated by the portal for future reference.
