Non-Clinical department candidates must appear on 3 November 2026 and Clinical and Super Specialty candidates on 4 November 2026 at the Academic Block 2nd Floor, ESI-PGIMSR and ESIC Medical College, Joka, Kolkata. Reporting time for document verification is 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Candidates reporting after 10:30 AM will not be considered under any circumstances.
Important Note: Three things every candidate must do immediately. First, the reporting window is only 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM – one hour only. Candidates arriving after 10:30 AM will not be considered regardless of the reason. Plan your travel to Joka, Kolkata well in advance. Second, bring a Demand Draft of Rs. 500 in favour of “ESI Fund Account No. 1” payable at Kolkata (if fee is applicable to your category), along with all original certificates and one set of self-attested copies and two recent passport-size photographs. Walk-in Interview Process
The walk-in is held in two stages:
Stage 1: Document Verification – All candidates must report between 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM. Documents are verified. Candidates arriving after 10:30 AM are NOT considered.
Stage 2: Interview – Conducted after document verification. If the turnout of candidates exceeds a 1:10 ratio per post, a screening test with MCQs may be conducted at the discretion of the competent authority before the interview.
Important Instructions
