Wealth Executive: Bachelor’s degree in any field, along with one of IC 38 (Insurance), NISM Series V-A (Mutual Funds), NISM Series XXI-A (PMS), or NISM Series V-D certification, and a minimum of 2 years of sales experience with wealth products in banks or broking firms. A postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Marketing, or Banking is preferred.
Credit Analyst – C&IC: Bachelor’s degree in any field along with a Chartered Accountant qualification, and a minimum of 1 year of banking experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank. A Corporate Credit background is preferred.

Selection Process
Selection will be made through the following stages:

- Online Test (120 minutes, 120 marks): English Language (20 marks, qualifying), Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude (20 marks, qualifying), General/Banking Awareness (20 marks, qualifying), Professional Knowledge (60 marks, merit-based)

Probation and Service Bond
