Educational Qualification
Class X pass, or ITI or equivalent qualification from a recognised Board or Institution.
Domicile and Other Conditions
- Must be a citizen of India and an inhabitant of Arunachal Pradesh.
- Must hold a valid Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) under the applicable government order.
- Must meet the APST certificate and indigenous tribal language proficiency requirements as specified in the notification.
- Age, qualification and other eligibility conditions are determined as on 23 November 2026.
