Posts include Lecturer, Headmaster, Assistant Teacher, Teacher, PT Teacher, Librarian, Computer Teacher and Laboratory Assistant. Online applications are open from 1 October 2026 and close on 21 October 2026 (midnight) at eduportal.cg.nic.in. The Computer Based Test (CBT) is tentatively scheduled between 31 October and 5 November 2026.
Important Note: Three critical things every candidate must know. First, these are CONTRACTUAL posts with a fixed monthly honorarium. No DA, HRA, annual increment, pension or other benefits applicable to regular Chhattisgarh Government employees are provided. Second, Chhattisgarh domicile (native resident) certificate is mandatory. Candidates from other states are not eligible. Additionally, most posts require candidates to have studied in English medium from Class 6 to the highest degree (exception: Hindi and Sanskrit Lecturer and Teacher posts). Third, a candidate can apply for a MAXIMUM of 7 separate posts. For Lecturer posts, only ONE subject can be selected per application. Selecting more than one subject invalidates the application.
