Nature and Terms of Engagement

Medical facility will be provided at the MbPA hospital or dispensary along with medicines, though contractual personnel will not be referred outside for treatment and no medical facilities will be available to family or dependents. Leave entitlement includes 20 days of Casual Leave per year and public holidays, with an additional 7 days of paid leave specifically for attending seminars, conferences, workshops, and other relevant professional development programs, with no carry forward or encashment of unconsumed leave. Duty hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM or as decided by the Administration, with a weekly off on Sunday.
