Key Responsibilities by Position
Project Manager
Oversee end-to-end execution of project objectives; coordinate field teams; monitor implementation; ensure timely delivery of project outputs and reports.
Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist
Support development and management of project monitoring and reporting systems; undertake data reconciliation; compile risk registers for delayed projects; contribute to strategic recommendations and reporting.
Advisors
Provide high-level strategic and sectoral review; assess institutional capacity and O&M sustainability; contribute to strategic recommendations and lessons for future project implementation.
Technical Experts
Conduct technical quality assessments and audits; support physical verification; review technical specifications; assess long-term O&M sustainability.
